- Responses to our chatbot questions (stored anonymously for learning and improvement)

b) Personal Data (When You Choose to Sign Up or Subscribe)

- Email or phone number (for login and syncing)

- Subscription status (managed via App Store / Google Play)

- Responses tied to your account (so you can revisit them later)

- Optional profile information (e.g., name, avatar)

3. How We Use Your Data

- Power the AI that gives you personalized career and life insights

- Deliver education recommendations (e.g., courses, schools, programs)

- Improve WiserMe’s recommendations through anonymized learning

We use trusted third parties to power our platform:

- Firebase for authentication, Firestore storage, and analytics

- Google Speech & Translate APIs (if voice or translation features are used)

- Stripe, Apple StoreKit, Google Play Billing for payments and subscriptions

- Affiliate Links (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, universities) – we may earn a commission if you enroll via our recommendations, but we never share your personal data with them

5. Data Storage & Security

- We use Google Firebase, which meets high standards of encryption and security

- We do not sell or rent your data

- We anonymize data used for analytics and product improvement

- Users can delete their data upon request (see Section 7)

We may use cookies or local storage on the web version of WiserMe to:

- Improve site performance
- Analyze general usage patterns

No third-party ad tracking is used.
